The attendees of the conference need to reserve their own accommodation as it is not included in the conference fee. A variety of opportunities exists both in Espoo and in Helsinki.
A limited amount of single and double rooms are available at the congress venue in Hanasaari. You can reserve a room from “QTC2017″-allotment by e-mail: sales@hanasaari.fi or by phone: +358 9 4350 2411 at latest 14 July, 2017.
Double and single rooms in Radisson BLU Espoo have been reserved for the conference attendees. To make a reservation, send an e-mail to: reservations.finland@radissonblu.com or call: +358 20 1234 700 at latest 21 July 2017. Please, refer to “QTC2017” while making your reservation.
Double rooms in Töölö Towers and single rooms in Aalto Inn have been reserved for the conference attendees. To make a reservation, send an e-mail to unihome@helsinki.fi at latest 4 July 2017. In the mail, please inform your name, arrival and departure dates, and refer to the allotment “QTC 2017”.
